Every wear part, jaw plate and frame casting is forged from premium Japanese iron-ore steel — the same Mn13/Mn18 grades used by tier-1 OEMs. Higher toughness, longer service intervals, and parts you can re-order from stock.
What we build
Jaw Crushers (Primary)
PE and VCJ-series jaw crushers from 30 to 800 t/h. Hydraulic CSS adjustment, hardened Mn18 jaw plates, mounted stationary or on mobile tracked / wheeled chassis.
Cone Crushers (Secondary)
Hydraulic and spring-cone crushers for hard rock — granite, basalt, river stone. Closed-circuit ready, with overload protection and tramp-iron release.
Impact Crushers
Horizontal-shaft impactors for softer aggregates and recycling — limestone, asphalt, concrete. High reduction ratios with cubical product shape.
VSI Sand Makers
Vertical-shaft impactors that turn 0-40 mm feed into manufactured sand — rock-on-rock chamber for minimum wear, perfect for concrete and dry-mix mortars.
Vibrating Screens & Feeders
2, 3 and 4-deck inclined and horizontal screens, plus grizzly feeders. Modular conveyor belts in any width and length to complete the circuit.
Mobile Crushing Plants
